Our stance
Prompt Ustad hosts user-uploaded prompt templates, AI stock, and freelancer profiles. Uploaders must have the rights needed to list content. We respond to valid copyright complaints and may remove or disable access to material that appears to infringe.
Seller and uploader duties
- Do not upload content you do not own or are not licensed to distribute
- Do not list prompts or media that knowingly copy another seller without rights
- Respect trademarks, logos, and personal likenesses in generated assets
How to report infringement
Email [email protected] with "Copyright notice" in the subject and include:
- Your name, mailing address, phone, and email
- Description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
- URL(s) on promptustad.com where the material appears
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
- A statement that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized agent
- Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is acceptable for email)
Incomplete notices may delay action. We may share the complaint with the uploader so they can respond.
Counter notice
If your listing was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, email [email protected] with a counter notice describing why the material should be restored. We may restore content after review when appropriate.
Repeat infringement
Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing material may be suspended under our Terms of Service.
