License Guide

How licensing works here
Prompt Ustad is a marketplace for prompt templates, AI stock media, and freelancer gigs. Each product type has different usage rules. Always read the label on the asset or gig page before you publish client work.
Prompt templates
Templates are instructional text you customize with bracket fields. Your plan (Free $0, Pro $9.99/mo, or Enterprise team plan (10 users)) controls download and access limits described on Pricing.
You may adapt templates for your own projects and client work. You may not resell our template catalog as a competing prompt pack without written permission. Outputs you generate in ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or similar tools are your responsibility to review for accuracy, brand fit, and third-party rights.
AI stock: Commercial
Assets labeled Commercial may be used in marketing, ads, product pages, and client deliverables when your plan download is valid and the listing does not add extra limits. Do not claim the file is a human photograph if disclosure is required by your client or local rules.
AI stock: Editorial
Assets labeled Editorial are for news, commentary, education, or similar editorial contexts. Do not use Editorial assets in paid ads, product packaging, or endorsement campaigns unless the listing explicitly allows it.
What you should not do
- Strip license labels and redistribute stock files as your own marketplace
- Use Editorial assets in commercial ads
- Upload content you do not have rights to sell or license
- Ignore brand, trademark, or likeness issues in generated or downloaded media
Freelancer deliverables
License for custom gig work should be stated in the order brief and package description. If unclear, ask the seller before release. Platform Terms still apply to both buyers and sellers.
Enterprise custom licensing
Enterprise (team, 10 users) may include custom licensing discussions for teams. Contact [email protected] for written terms that go beyond standard Commercial labels.
