Agreement

By using https://www.promptustad.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Related policies include Privacy, Cookies, License, Refund, and Copyright.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, upload infringing content, or break the law.

Buyers and sellers

Buyers may browse templates, download stock within plan limits, and hire freelancers. Sellers and freelancers may upload listings, set packages, and deliver gig work. Both sides must communicate honestly and keep order records clear.

Prompt Ustad provides the marketplace workspace. Gig contracts are primarily between buyer and seller unless a separate written agreement with Prompt Ustad says otherwise.

Plans and billing

Plan facts on the site are: Free $0 (unlimited free images, free prompts, and 100+ paid assets), Pro $9.99/mo (everything unlimited on one account), and Enterprise team accounts with 10 users. Features are described on Pricing. Checkout may show "Coming soon" until billing is fully enabled. Refund requests follow the Refund Policy.

Content and licenses

Prompt templates are tools you customize. AI stock downloads must follow the license label on each asset (for example Commercial or Editorial). Full guidance is on the License Guide. Freelancer deliverable rights should be stated in the gig package.

Intellectual property complaints

Report alleged infringement using the process on our Copyright page. We may remove listings and suspend repeat infringers.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Do not scrape the site in ways that overload or bypass access controls
• Do not misrepresent AI-generated work as human-made when disclosure is required
• Do not harass other users in messages or reviews

The marketplace is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or that every prompt or asset will meet your creative goals. AI outputs can be inaccurate; review them before publishing.
